Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for placing an order with BUI. Before making a purchase, please be sure to carefully read our “Return and Refund Policy.” By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. All Sales Are Final
    The products sold by BUI are high-quality items, and all sales are considered final. Unless a product meets the exceptions listed below, we do not accept requests for returns or refunds.
  2. Exceptions — Damaged Products or Shipping Errors
    We will accept requests for refunds or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
    The product you received was damaged upon delivery.
    The item you received does not match the item you actually ordered.
  3. Reporting Requirements
    To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
    You must report the issue to us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package.
    You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence demonstrating the damage or shipping error.
  4. Return Eligibility
    We will accept return requests only if the following conditions are met:
    The item remains unopened and unused.
    The return request must be initiated within 7 business days of the item’s delivery.
  5. Refund Method
    Once your refund request has been approved, the specific method of refund shall be at the merchant’s sole discretion.
  6. Refund Processing Time
    After we have received and inspected your returned item:
    We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
    If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  7. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Granted
    We will not grant refunds or accept returns under the following circumstances:
    Products that have been opened or used.
    Claims filed more than 48 hours after the item was delivered.
    Return requests initiated more than 7 business days after the item was delivered.
