The products sold by BUI are high-quality items, and all sales are considered final. Unless a product meets the exceptions listed below, we do not accept requests for returns or refunds. - Exceptions — Damaged Products or Shipping Errors
We will accept requests for refunds or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
The product you received was damaged upon delivery.
The item you received does not match the item you actually ordered. - Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
You must report the issue to us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package.
You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence demonstrating the damage or shipping error. - Return Eligibility
We will accept return requests only if the following conditions are met:
The item remains unopened and unused.
The return request must be initiated within 7 business days of the item’s delivery. - Refund Method
Once your refund request has been approved, the specific method of refund shall be at the merchant’s sole discretion. - Refund Processing Time
After we have received and inspected your returned item:
We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. - Cases Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Products that have been opened or used.
Claims filed more than 48 hours after the item was delivered.
